Weird, right????

There’s plenty of time to be bored,

But none for celebration.

A lot of reasons to let tears trickle down,

But no reason to smile.

Lots of room for hatred,

But not a tiny space for love.

A lot of grudges to hold,

But none to forgive, forget and let go.

A lot of pain to hide,

But not enough happiness to show.

Lots of flaws to find,

But at the sight of good,turning blind.

Lots of reasons to give up,

But none to hold on to.

A lot of dreams to seek,

While no time to give reality a peek.

Lots of thoughts about dying,

But not a minute spent for making life worth living.

Lots of causes that shut down luck’s gate,

While all that’s needed is faith and patience to wait.

Always asking God a million questions about life’s complexity,

Yet, never seeking solace in simplicity.

Wishing  to know the solution to everything,

But doesn’t that take us back to square one that “Life’s boring?!!!???”
